At Olive Communications we are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our established team.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £16000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: The role is full-time, 9-5:30 Monday-Friday
Work experience required
12 months in a Customer Service or Call Service environment, preferably telecoms
Education: minimum requirement - 5 GCSEs grade C or above

Duties
Duties will include credit checking, connecting, responding to customers via email and phone and most importantly building customer relationships.
