Dedicated Support
As a customer, you will enjoy the services of a dedicated Corporate Account Manager
plus the backing of a very experienced Customer Service Team offering assistance
24 hours a day. Customers will always be able to talk to a person, not a recording.
This team will action all your queries and champion your account - from administering
contracts and negotiating airtime, to overseeing the supply or installation of any
hardware your company needs.
Your Corporate Account Manager will be on call during business hours, to discuss
your options and help you examine the results of billing interrogation or any other
analytical services we provide for you.
Corporate Account Managers also act as intermediaries between our customers, our
in-house Customer Services team, and all other departments.
Analysis
The Marketplace is becoming ever more complex and our team of dedicated account
managers will be able to analyse your current bills in order that we can recommend
cost saving strategies.
We differ from the networks and other service providers in that we do not bill you
directly.
Where you are billed directly by your mobile provider, any reduction in your bills,
means a reduction in revenues for them. As a result there is an obvious conflict
of interests. Olive will work much more closely with yourself to ensure that we
do not simply reduce costs on day one, but during the course of your contract.

On Going Management
Specific terms can be agreed. For example, where the use of mobile handsets is critical
to your business, we'll guarantee the delivery of new and replacement handsets to
your users within just three hours.
Each account will be dedicated a team of four customer service operators who will
be fully aware of the issues you may have. No more long queues to get through to
call centres. No more having to explain the story from the beginning every time
you ring up.
