Olive has amazingly high staff retention; many of its staff have been with the company since its inception in 2002 and it has had zero turnover in the last 12 months. Its staff may include industry leaders but at Olive, everyone contributes to decision making. Whatever their job title, all staff are kept totally up to speed with all products and services, empowering them to be extra responsive to customers.

Mark has spent 10 years in the mobile industry and held senior positions at Carphone Warehouse and Axxent Voice and Data.More

He operates from his native Australia but works from nine at night to four in the morning to tie in with UK time in the true spirit of dedicated customer service that has made Olive such as success.

As well as setting up Olive, Rob has held senior roles at Carphone Warehouse and Axxent Voice and Data.More

He recruted and trained all Olive's oiriginal staff, then worked with them to achieve incredible sales results (the company has grown 600% over the last two years). He has also been instrumental in setting up industry partnerships with the mobile and data providers, not to mention achieving a number of industry awards for the company, such as commendations for two years running from Mobile News as a business to business provider.
